Program Evaluation: HIP 2.0, Medicaid Alternative

In my program evaluation class, our group evaluated a Medicaid alternative, HIP 2.0 program for the state of Indiana. Through this process we identified the pros and cons of the program while learning about the US Medicaid process. Link to the full project here.
